Exploring new business models & partnerships in the electric power value chain

More and more actors will depend on electric power to deliver value to their customers. But power, as in megawatts, is a limited resource and we urgently need to find ways to share it responsibly - and new ways to collaborate.

Welcome to Clarion Hotel SeaU in Helsingborg on the 7th of June between 09.00-16.00. Register your interest now and we will contact you shortly!
The summit “Flexing our Power” will explore and co-create the foundations of this collaboration. Inspirational talks and engaging round-table discussions will cover a range of topics, including requirement for successful power partnering, novel and scalable joint business models and demands of the digital-and green transition.

Whether you are a manufacturer of electrical equipment or EVs, a property manager, a developer of digital solutions and platforms for electric storage and frequency control or a business inventor, we welcome you to set the foundation for the future power landscape.

You are in the center!

Take a seat at our roundtables – with 80 other guests from all over Europe - and be part of shaping the future. Listen, talk, and discuss, in person, how we all need to come together to create a sustainable value chain connected to electric power.

The roundtables will be moderated and documented by protocol drivers under Chatham House Rules, in both English and Swedish.

Who are you? Business leader or innovators from the industry, the public sector, academia, or civil society.

What will be discussed? The new value chain of electric power (swedish ”Effekt”), and how we all need to work together if we are to maintain sustainable development on both city and citizen level.

Agenda

The future electric power value chain

In a future where we no longer have unlimited cheap energy, we need to work together to create win-win synergies for the end-user to maintain today’s comfort.

To control electric power and the steering of loads, comes down to who is owning customer relation – or is it? And is it always connected to what’s best for the planet?

Successful partnerships and collaborations in a continuously changing digital and green future.

We already see electric power becoming a horizontal challenge, much like digitalisation, that we all need to learn working with. Horizontal challenges often benefit from working together in new ways, and partnerships.

But how do you take the right strategic decisions regarding partnership and way forward, and in what arenas and with what tools do we collaborate around electric power?

Novel and scalable joint business models

Even if you have not realized it, electric power is connected to everything we do - so should its business opportunities. As electric power becomes a horizontal enabler, new opportunities emerge.
