All prices shown in Swedish Kronor (SEK). Prices include 25 % VAT. The conference dinner includes 12 % VAT. Under certain circumstances, a foreign company with VATable business can apply for a refund of the Swedish VAT (if the company is not VAT registered or should be VAT registered in Sweden). For foreign EU entities an application should be done via the EU VAT refund application system (via the Tax Authority in the country of establishment). For foreign companies established outside of the EU an application of VAT refund should be done via an application form (which can be obtained via the Swedish Tax Agency). Visa Information

Citizens of non-Schengen countries may need to apply for a visa to participate in ICAF 2027. Please consult Migrationsverket's website to identify whether you need a visa to enter Sweden, and, if so, how to apply.

If you require a letter of invitation to ICAF 2027 as a part of a visa application, you must submit a written request to the conference secretariat (info@icaf2027.se) via email no later than March 31, 2027. 

In order for a letter to be issued, the visa applicant MUST meet ONE of the following criteria:
1. Scheduled to make a presentation in an official conference session. Include your paper number or the name of the session in which you will be presenting.
2. Paid the conference registration fee. Include your registration confirmation number in your request.
3. A representative of an official exhibiting company. Include the name of the company in your request.
Contact the ICAF 2027 conference secretariat regarding any questions. A copy of the invitation letter will be emailed to you unless otherwise requested.
Note: Some countries have special requirements for the visa letter in addition to the standard information provided. Please check with your local consulate for any additional requirements to attend ICAF 2027, and include these in your request for a letter.
