We have negotiated a special rate at the following four hotels: Clarion Hotel The Hub, Comfort Xpress Central Station, Comfort Xpress Youngstorget and Comfort Hotel Karl Johan.

• June is high season for hotels in Oslo. Book you hotel room as early as possible whilst they are available and at a more reasonable price than closer to the conference date.
• Special rate: To profit from a discounted room rate, use the booking links below. Note that the discount is only valid for bookings made before May 10. Bookings made through other providers like hotels.com, booking.com etc. will not give you access to the special OTFF rate.
• Changes/cancellation: Read the conditions for cancellation carefully. In case you need to change or cancel your reservation, contact the hotel directly.
• Payment: Costs for the room and for incidental costs must be paid directly to the hotel.

Your organization or delegation is responsible for booking your accommodation. No hotel reservation or travel arrangement will be made by the Event Organizer or the Secretariat.
