My Schedule

How do I add sessions to my schedule?

Once you receive your personal link to the digital platform, from 5 August, you will be able to create your schedule by adding sessions. From the main navigation menu, select Programme > All Sessions and then click the plus sign (+) next to any session(s) that you want to add to your agenda. To remove a session from your personal schedule, click on the greyed out plus sign (+). Tip: On-site sessions may have limited capacity and you will need to show your badge to enter these sessions. The barcode on the badge will be scanned by a World Water Week assistant.

Will content be available on-demand after the conclusion of sessions?

Yes. You will be able to access post-session recordings in their respective session pages.

Interpretated Sessions

Some sessions are booked with live interpretation. These sessions are labelled “interpretated session”. If you would like to listen to the simultaneous interpretation of the session, you need to follow these steps:

Online attendance
  1. Join the meeting on the digital platform
  2. Click on the interpretation widget on the digital platform or if it’s a Zoom meeting the interpretation is integrated on Zoom
  3. Choose your preferred language and click connect
  4. Mute the sound output from the Zoom video
  5. Listen to the interpretation

On-site attendance & livestream sessions

Please bring your own headphones to listen to the translation on the App.

  1. Download the Interprefy app from the Apple Store or Google Play store
  2. Enter the event token WWW*sessionID* e.g WWW11047 and click <connect>
  3. Select your preferred audio language
  4. Listen to the interpretation
  5. When the session is finished, click <disconnect> to leave the session.

Technical Requirements

Can I participate in the sessions from my phone?

Yes, the platform is mobile-friendly.

Is WiFi available at the venue? How can I access it?

WiFi is available. There will be QR codes throughout the venue to access it. No password is required.

Cancellation Policy

Ticket

All cancellation requests must be made by sending an email to support@trippus.com

All Full Access Passes, Day Passes and Student Passes, are fully refundable if cancelled by 22 June CEST. Any cancellations between 23 June and up to and including 22 July will be refunded 50 percent. After 22 July there is no refund. However, you can transfer your pass to a colleague up to 23 August. Full Access Passes cannot be changed to 1-2 Day Passes or Student Passes after 22 June.

Hotel bookings

Should you need to cancel your hotel booking with Scandic No 53 or Scandic Grand Central, you can do so without charge up to and including 23 June. Booking cancellations at Comfort Xpress can be made without charge up to and including 23 July. Any hotel cancellations with Scandic No 53 or Scandic Grand Central between 23 June, and up to and including 23 July, will be refunded 50 percent of your hotel room booking cost. Any hotel cancellations with Scandic No 53, Scandic Grand Central and Comfort Xpress made after 23 July will not be refunded. Hotel bookings with Radisson Blu Waterfront are non-refundable.

What happens after I register?

After registering, you will receive a personalized link to the digital platform on 5 August. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it by then. You can create your own schedule. If you registered before 5 August and have not received the link by then contact support@trippus.com

Why am I being charged VAT on my ticket as my organisation is VAT exempt?

SIWI is required to charge VAT on the on-site event registration fee in accordance with Swedish VAT law.

How do I upgrade my ticket?

Email support@trippus.com with your booking confirmation number and upgrade details.

How to Join a Session Online

Join Online Session

When you enter the Digital Platform using your personal link, go to the programme and search for the session you want to attend. Click on the session card and press the “join meeting” button when the session is starting.

The join meeting button will be available 10 minutes prior to the meeting, if you don't see the button, re-open the session.

Workshop

How do I sign up for an on-site workshop?

No pre-registration is required. Due to room capacity, the number of available spots is limited. Entry will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

General

I want to share updates on the Social Wall. How do I get started?

Use the hashtag #wwweek when you post on LinkedIn and it will appear on the social wall

How do I visit the online Exhibition? What features are available for me to connect with specific Exhibitors online?

Click on the “Exhibition” tab and you can view a listing of exhibitors. Available are company descriptions, downloadable resources and videos. Want to drop your virtual business card for follow up? Click the “Leave Your Card” button on participating stands to send your questions and contact information privately.

Where do I find the Exhibition at the venue, Waterfront Congress Centre Stockholm?

The Exhibition is located on level 2, 4 and 5. You can find it clearly marked on the venue map.

How can I join the Welcome Reception?

The Welcome Reception starts at 18:00 and is held in A1, on level 4 at the venue. No pre-registration is required.

How can I join the Mingle & Dance?

The Mingle & Dance starts at 19:00 and is held in A1, on level 4 at the venue. No pre-registration is required.

How do I distribute press releases during World Water Week?

To make your press release or other information available during the week, contact our press manager: sarah.coats.chandler@siwi.org.

How to add your personal link to the home screen on your mobile?

For Iphone

  1. Receive Your Personal Link Email: On 5 August you will receive your personal link email (if you register after 5 August, you will receive your personal link email after registration).
  2. Open the Email: Then click on your personal link to open it in your default browser.
  3. Tap the Share Button: Tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen (square with an upward arrow).
  4. Select “Add to Home Screen”: Scroll through the options and select “Add to Home Screen”.
  5. Name Your Shortcut: Enter a name for the shortcut, such as “World Water Week 2026”.
  6. Add the Shortcut: Tap "Add" in the top right corner.
  7. Confirm on Home Screen: Check your home screen for the new shortcut icon, which will take you directly to your personal page for World Water Week 2026.

For Android

  1. Receive Your Personal Link Email: On 5 August you will receive your personal link email (if you register after 5 August, you will receive your personal link email after registration).
  2. Open the Email: Then click on your personal link to open it in your default browser.
  3. Open the Menu: Tap the menu button in the top right corner of the browser (three vertical dots).
  4. Select “Add to Home Screen”: In the menu, find and select “Add to Home screen”.
  5. Name Your Shortcut: Enter a name for the shortcut, such as “World Water Week 2026”.
  6. Confirm the Addition: Tap “Add” to confirm.
  7. Check Your Home Screen: Go to your home screen and look for the new shortcut icon, which will take you directly to the World Water Week 2026 link.
How do I send messages to another attendee using the chat?

First check to see whether the person has activated 1:1 chat, you will see the chat icon on their profile. Your chat history will be available in the bottom-right corner of the platform, unread messages are highlighted in blue.

What does the star icon mean on profiles?

The star identifies other attendees having the same areas of interest as you, the number indicates how many topics are the same.
