A number of pre-booked rooms at the conference venue, Elite Park Avenue Hotel, are available according to a first-come, first-served principle.

Breakfast, Wi-Fi and VAT is included in all rates.
The room rate and any additional costs such as e.g. mini-bar, parking etc. are paid by the participant directly to the hotel.
Rooms are available From Monday, 4 September until Thursday, 7 September.
Booking conditions
The total value of the reservation must be paid in advance at the time of the booking. The deposit is refunded if the reservation is cancelled no later than 7 days prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee availability after 10 July.
