Your exhibition package includes full access to the conference, including dinner on the 18th of June, a standing table, space to place a rollup, access to electricity, and exhibition time from June 18th (morning) until June 19th (noon). The exhibition area will be right in the middle of the conference hall, adjacent to the lunch and coffee break hall.
Pitch session
We will include a pitch session for SMEs in the plenary session, where each pitch is allowed 2 minutes. Interested in pitching in addition to your exhibition? Remember to let us know during your registration through checking the “yes-I’m interested”-box. As we will look at the balance of disciplines and industries when selecting pitching SMEs, we cannot guarantee that each SME will be provided a slot during the pitch session.
