Join two intensive days of lectures and case reviews in FNA, exfoliative, and gynecological cytopathology. Coffee and lunch are included both days.
On 14 January, an Interventional Cytology-Practical course/workshop in FNA-technique based on palpation and ultrasound guidance, you can add attendence the course in the registration below.

We have pre-reserved a number of rooms at the conference hotel Scandic Rubinen. These are not included in the registration fee but can be booked via the same registration form below.

Register before 6 November to benefit from the Early Bird fee, from November 9 its Standard fee.

VAT ON FEES

The fees are stated in SEK Including Swedish VAT. Please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%) and hotel (12%). Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

The registration is binding, but may be transferred to another person of your organisation to a cost of SEK 350. Please contact Meetx in writing via iactutorial@meetx.se. Let us know who is not attending, and who the registration should be transferred to. Include contact details to the new delegate.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

All payments should be made in Swedish Kronor (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card – Visa, MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway.

Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days.

PRIVACY POLICY

The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency/hotel/venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By confirming our cancellation policy and then clicking the “I accept the user agreement” button in our forms, you agree that we store your information for the above purposes.
