Poster Guidelines

We are pleased to include poster presentations as part of the conference programme. Please follow the guidelines below when preparing your poster.

Poster Format

• Posters must be in A0 format (120 cm high × 80 cm wide)
• Please use a portrait (vertical) layout

Printing and Transport

• Posters must be printed by the author(s) in advance
• Please bring your printed poster with you to the conference venue

On-site Information

• Poster boards will be provided at the venue
• Materials for mounting your poster (e.g. pins) will be available on site
• Instructions regarding poster mounting times and locations will be provided closer to the conference
• Poster presenters are requested to be available at their posters for discussion and questions during the coffee break and lunch on 17 September (09:30–10:15 and 11:45–13:00)
