Information for Speakers
To help ensure smooth and engaging sessions, please take note of the following guidelines.
Keynote presentation
- Please note that the presentation duration will be 15–30 minutes, with the exact speaking time to be confirmed by the Programme Committee
- Please keep your presentation within the allocated time stated in the programme
- Reserve the final 5 minutes of your slot for questions and discussion
- Please submit your PowerPoint presentation no later than 4 September (link provided closer to the conference)
Full presentation
- Please note that the allocated speaking time is 15 minutes, with an additional five minutes reserved for audience questions
- Please keep your presentation within the allocated time stated in the programme
- Reserve the final 5 minutes of your slot for questions and discussion. Session chairs will help keep time during the session
- Please submit your PowerPoint presentation no later than 4 September (link provided closer to the conference)
Speed talk
- Presentations are allocated 5 minutes. No dedicated time for questions is included. We kindly ask presenters to remain in the room after their session to allow for any questions from the audience
- Please keep your presentation within the allocated time stated in the programme
- Please submit your PowerPoint presentation no later than 4 September (link provided closer to the conference)
Poster presentation
- Poster presenters are requested to be available at their posters for discussion and questions during the coffee break and lunch on 17 September (09:30–10:15 and 11:45–13:00).

General Guidelines for All Speakers
Presentation Submission
- Presentations should be uploaded via a link that will be provided closer to the conference
- We recommend bringing a backup copy of your presentation on a USB drive
Preparing Your Presentation
To create engaging and effective presentations, we encourage speakers to:
- Focus on key messages and practical takeaways
- Keep slides clear, concise and visually accessible
- Limit text and use visuals where possible
- Rehearse your presentation to stay within the allotted time
- Allow time for audience interaction and questions
On-site Information
- Please arrive in your room at least 15 minutes before the session starts to meet the chair and test your presentation
- Technical support will be available on site if needed
