Svenskt Vatten's Booking Conditions

Participant registration
Registration is completed via the online form. For any non-registered participants, Svenskt Vatten reserves the right to deny entrance to the conference. Your registration is binding but can be transferred to another person within the same company without charge. Unless otherwise stated, the last day to register is 14 days before the start of the event (subject to availability).

Confirmation
After completion of the registration process, a confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the registration.

Notification
A notification will be sent out by e-mail approximately 1 week before the start of the event.

Participant cancellations
For cancellations made 8 - 14 days before the start of the event, 50% of the fee will be charged.
For cancellations made 0 - 7 days before the start of the event, the full fee will be charged.

Cancellation of an exhibition stand booking

The registration is binding. No refund will be made once the registration is approved.

Payment
Payment is made via credit card upon registration. The fees are stated in SEK. Please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%) and dinner (12%). Invoice is only provided to Swedish companies/organizations already listed in Svenskt Vatten's system. For late payments, any other claim fees or fees of interest will be added in accordance with Swedish law.

Force majeur
Svenskt Vatten cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of the conference arising from natural, political, social or economic events or other unforeseen incidents beyond its control (force majeure). Registration of a participant implies acceptance of this condition

Rights
Svenskt Vatten owns all rights to the conference, and no audio and/or video recordings may be made.
