Over the course of three inspiring days, NORDIWA brings together experts, innovators, and industry leaders to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and shape the future of sustainable water management across the region. The exhibition will be located at the heart of the conference venue, providing excellent visibility and networking opportunities with conference participants and fellow industry professionals. Coffee breaks will be served in the exhibition area, ensuring a steady flow of interaction and engagement.

Exhibitor packages include:

  • Exhibition area of 2 square meters - 2 m wide, 1 m deep
  • 1 standing table (cocktail table)
  • 1 bar stool
  • Electricity supply including power consumption (10 A)
  • 1 free registration to the conference (incl. coffee and lunches according to program)
  • Exposure of the company/organisation's logo and website address on the event website. Upload your logo and enter your website address when registering for the exhibition.

Banquet dinner is booked and paid for separately.


Exhibition floor plan

The exhibition has 12 stand spaces and is situated at the heart of the conference – directly connected to the break-out rooms. All coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition area. Exhibitors will have the option to have lunch 20 minutes before the participants.

Book your stand by clicking the button below. The price includes one participant registration. Please register your booth staff using a separate registration link, which you will receive once your exhibition stand has been booked.

Exhibition opening hours:

Wednesday, 16 September 2026: 10:00–17:30 
Thursday, 17 September 2026: 08:00–14:30 
Friday, 18 September 2026: 08:00–13:00

Assembly stands
Wednesday 16 September between 08.00 and 10.00. Registration opens at 10.00.

Dismantling stands
Friday 18 September between 13.00 and 17.00.


Service and extra
To book extra furniture, technology and/or equipment, please contact Clarion Hotel Stockholm at e-mail address coordinator.stockholm@strawberry.se at least one month before the conference. Extra materials are paid for by the exhibiting company


Delivery and collection of goods
Goods can be received at the hotel from Monday 14 September.
Clarion Stockholm will store all deliveries until the event. The exhibitor is responsible for ordering a courier for shipments to and from the hotel, as well as labelling deliveries with addresses and ensuring that goods are correctly packed. Please note that Clarion Hotel Stockholm is not able to store goods following the fair. Collection no later than Friday 18 September at 17.00.

Loading and unloading is permitted by the loading dock during the arrival and departure periods. The parking of cars by the loading dock is not permitted.

Parking
The hotel does not have its own parking, but the nearest parking garage is Aimo park Skanstull, see map


Food and drinks
Exhibitors may bring their own sweets or snacks into the exhibition - however no drinks or substantial food may be brought into the exhibition area.


Cleaning and garbage
Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their own stand. The hotel will perform the general cleaning of the premises. This covers general cleanliness, but does not include large quantities of garbage handling, or deep cleaning after construction or similar. The exhibitor is responsible for necessary cleaning of their equipment, exhibition objects, stands and such.


Posters and signs
It is not permitted to display material or posters anywhere but your assigned stand. 


Security and insurance
Insurance for owned equipment is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Neither Svenskt Vatten nor the hotel are responsible for damage or loss of materials and equipment. 


Assembly and dismantling stands
All items brought into the hotel by the exhibitor must be removed by 17.00 on Friday 18 September at the latest. Take the goods with you directly or pack them up, label them with delivery notes and leave them in the stand for collection. It is important that shipping labels are taped to the goods and that the goods are on a shipping pallet. Transport of goods from the conference is handled by the exhibitor. Goods must be provided with a waybill on all packages and be well packed. The company that orders the transport must be specified as the sender.

All individuals visiting the conference and its exhibition must be registered and wear a name badge.
