Abstract

Abstract submission for NORDIWA is now closed. All submitted abstracts are currently under review. Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent out in late April.

The presenting author will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract and is responsible for informing the co-authors about its status. Details regarding the date and time of oral presentations will be included in the acceptance notification.

Registration
Upon acceptance, all presenting authors are required to register for the conference and present their abstract on site. Abstracts will only be published in the Conference App and the digital Abstract Book if the presenting author has completed their registration.

Submission guidelines

• Abstracts shall consist of maximum 450 words (including title) - an optional figure and be written in English
• The deadline for submission of abstracts is 27 February 2026 
• The Programme Committee selects the abstracts, and the authors are informed in May 2026
• Authors of the selected abstracts must submit a presentation by 2 September 2026
• The conference contains full presentations, posters and workshops followed by an open discussion
•  Presentations will be published in a digital format and are distributed to the participants at the conference
•  All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English
