Clarion Hotel Stockholm

A number of rooms are reserved at the conference venue, Clarion Hotel Stockholm, available for delegates to book according to first-come, first-served principle. To receive the agreed price, the room must be booked via the booking channels mentioned below. After the last day of booking, bookings will be made subject to availability and at regular prices.

• Available dates 15 - 18 March 2026.
• Book latest 17 August 2026.
• The price below is based on single room. If you wish to book a room for two, a double room supplement will be added.
• The price is per room and night. VAT (12%), WiFi and breakfast are included.
• The room rate and any additional costs such as e.g. mini-bar, etc. are paid by the participant directly to the hotel.
• The booking is guaranteed against a payment card.
• The delegate is responsible for their booking and payment is made on site upon arrival at the hotel.

Check-out: No later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Cancellation policy: Booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellation after that the room will be charged.
