Accommodation

We have pre-booked accomodation at four different hotels in central Borås. You book and pay your accommodation in the conference registration form. Breakfast is included in all room rates. Rooms are available until 10 October, if they are not fully booked before. All pre-booked hotel rooms are now reserved. Please feel free to contact the hotels to make a reservation directly with them.

Terms and conditions
Hotel rooms are booked and paid for in the conference registration form. 

Hotel rooms can be cancelled until 23 September, 2021. A cancellation fee of SEK 250 will be charged. If cancellation is made after 23 September, 2021, no refund or reduction will be possible. 

NOTE: If the conference should be cancelled due to the covid-19 situation, no reduction of accommodation costs or refund for paid accommodation can be made after September 23.
