Presentation Guidelines

Welcome to the ECIDD 2025 Conference! Below you will find important information regarding presentations and posters to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all participants.

Oral Presentations

• Be in the auditorium at least 10 minutes before your session starts.
• If your session follows a keynote, please arrive 10 minutes before the keynote begins, as there is only a 5-minute transition time.
• Presentations must be in PowerPoint (16:9 format) and submitted to ecidd2025@ped.gu.se by June 9, 2025.
• You have 10 minutes for your presentation, followed by 3 minutes for questions.

Poster Presentations

• Format: Posters should be printed in A1 (59.4 cm × 84.1 cm) standing format to ensure the best fit for the display board.
• Display Board Section Size: 72 cm × 180 cm (width × height).
• Mounting Materials: The conference organizers will provide pins for mounting posters on the display boards.
• You can hang your poster at the start of the conference, and all posters may remain up throughout the event.
• You are expected to stand by your poster during the lunch break on your assigned day – see the published scientific program for details.
• You’ll find your poster number and presentation day in the scientific program.
