TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation of hotel reservation in Uppsala will be accepted until July 4, 2024. A cancellation fee of SEK 300/person excl. VAT will be charged. If cancellation is received after July 4, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation. Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to conference secretariat Reed & Mackay.

In the event that the conference is postponed due to circumstances outside of the NORDROCs and Reed & Mackay’s control, the above cancellation policy applies.
