All fees are stated excl. 25% or 12% (for hotel). VAT.

Payment

Payment by invoice or credit card.

Invoice
Invoicing details should be written on the payment page of the registration form. For invoices to a public sector (Region, kommun etc.), e-invoicing information must be stated on the payment page. Please note! If a new invoice has to be made due to an incorrectly stated invoicing address, an administrative fee of SEK 400 will be charged.

Credit card payment
Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. 

Cancellation of participation
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to congress secretariat Reed & Mackay, conference.se@reedmackay.com.

If cancellation for NORDROCS 2024 is made by April 5, 2024, a cancellation fee of SEK 500 will be charged.  If cancellation is made after April 5, 2024, no refund or reduction will be possible.

In the event that NORDROCS 2024 is postponed due to circumstances outside of the Nordrocs committée and Reed & Mackay’s control, the above cancellation policy applies. Your registration fee would then be transferred to the new dates for the conference.

Cancellation of accommodation in Uppsala
Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to Conference secretariat Reed & Mackay. Cancellation of hotel reservation in Uppsala will be accepted until July 4, 2024. A cancellation fee of SEK 300/person will be charged. If cancellation is received after July 4, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation.

In the event that the conference is postponed due to circumstances outside of the NORDROCs and Reed & Mackay’s control, the above cancellation policy applies.

Change of participant
If you cannot participate in the conference, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is SEK 250 exckl. VAT. Please contact the conference secretariat, Reed & Mackay, if you want to transfer your registration.

Dietary requirements
Only vegan/vegetarian food and allergies can be considered, no diets. Dietary requirements must be given to the conference secretariat no later than August 19. After August 19, no dietary requirements can be considered.
