Lukáš Havlícek

A former pro player, Havlícek is the GM of Slovan Bratislava. He has served as Director for Central Europe at North American company Legacy Global Sports and later as Director and minority co-owner of the youth hockey organisation World Hockey Group.
As an agent, he worked with, for example, Slovak NHLer Martin Fehérváry for many years, and then for the Pittsburgh Penguins as their European scout.

 

Peter Kúdelka

Peter Kúdelka has a degree in coaching from the Comenius University in Bratislava, and later completed studies in sports management and coaching at Haaga-Helia University in Finland.
After leading HK Dukla Michalovce to a sensational fourth-place finish in 2024, he became Executive Director of HC Slovan Bratislava. He is also on the board of the European Hockey Clubs (EHC) Alliance.
Before retiring at 21, Kúdelka won the Slovak title with Slovan Bratislava in 2008.

Miroslav Šatan

Šatan is one of Slovakia’s most accomplished hockey figures, having played over 1,000 NHL games. After retiring, he transitioned into hockey leadership roles and is currently the President of the Slovak Ice Hockey Federation. He has also served as General Manager for the Slovak national team, including at multiple IIHF World Championships and Olympic tournaments, where he played a key role in roster building and national team strategy.

Bryant McBride

A former NHL executive, McBride has spent his career at the intersection of sports, media, learning, and technology, working with dozens of startups. He has also produced two award-winning films, including Willie, the story of Willie O'Ree, the first Black player in NHL history. In addition, he was a partner in the Premier Hockey Federation, the women's professional hockey league.

Dominik Schreyer

Dominik Schreyer, an apl. Professor of Sports Economics at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Düsseldorf, Germany, has published over 40 articles in international peer-reviewed journals. He’s particularly interested in analyzing sports demand—for example, football spectator no-show behaviour and the growth of women’s sport.

Zuzana Tomcíková

A former hockey goalie, Zuzana Tomcikova represented Slovakia at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Following a successful playing career, she moved into sports management, serving as Marketing Manager at the Slovak Ice Hockey Federation and later as Sports Manager at the Slovak Olympic Committee. Today, she works at Red Bull, focusing on sports partnerships, athlete projects, and strategic sports initiatives.

Laurel Walzak

Walzak is an Associate Professor in RTA Sport Media at Toronto Metropolitan University, currently serving as an Academic Guest at the Center for Research in Sports Administration (CRSA), University of Zürich, Walzak examines sport media and applied technology through a behavioural science lens, drawing on management and marketing methods to explore fandom, talent identification, officiating, and broadcast innovation..

Felix Dahlin

Felix Dahlin is Assistant GM and Junior GM at MoDo Hockey and analyst with the Swedish national-team program. He previously worked in scouting and analytics for Frölunda HC.

Before entering professional hockey, Felix built his career in cybersecurity and IT. His work centers on integrating traditional hockey evaluation with data, creating clear development pathways, and building sustainable systems that give organizations a competitive advantage.

Johan Rewilak

An Associate Professor of Sport Management, Johan specializes in sports finance and the economics of the sports sector. His work explores the financial health and fragility of sporting organisations, alongside broader questions around how sport is structured, financed, and operated. He also serves as Chief Economist at Gibson Alexander, a strategic financial advisory firm specialising in the sports sector.

Hampus Sjöström

Before joining Rögle in the SHL, where he currently serves as GM, Sjöström worked as a sports administrator and project manager at the Swedish Ice Hockey Association.
With experience both on the ice and in hockey management — he’s a former goaltender — he brings a broad perspective on hockey, leadership and organizational development..

Jonathan Allgulander

Allgulander is Business Development Manager at AXS, focusing on digital innovation and technology strategy within the live entertainment industry. Drawing on his experience with technology-driven projects and commercial partnerships, he is particularly interested in how emerging solutions can improve customer experiences, strengthen business performance, and shape the future of events.

Tomáš Pšenka

After more than a decade of coaching various junior national teams, Pšenka is currently the GM of Slovakia’s women’s hockey program, responsible for the U16, U18, and women’s national teams. In this role, he brings his extensive experience to the overall development of women’s hockey in the country. He has also been a member of the Youth Committee at the Slovak Ice Hockey Federation since 2019.

Sebastian Romanus

As Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) of Ultimate Hockey AG, Romanus focuses on strategic partnerships, media, broadcasting, and the commercial growth of the new sports and entertainment format. He has a proven track record of building, transforming, and leading digital media enterprises. His expertise centers on brand evolution, diversifying revenue streams through innovative media models, and unlocking growth via data-driven monetization and partnership strategies across global markets.

Florian Mayer

Florian Mayer is an international sports management professional with extensive experience in event management and organizational leadership. Since 2025, he has been Sport Manager for 3x3 Ice Hockey at the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF).
His career includes senior roles with the IIHF, Champions Hockey League, UEFA EURO 2024, and various international sports events.

Per Johansson

Per Johansson, one of Sweden’s most accomplished handball coaches, has more than 30 years of experience building teams and developing people in demanding environments. His strength lies in combining clear leadership with strong relationships and the courage to make decisions when it truly matters.

Emanuel Macedo de Medeiros

The co-founder and elected Global CEO of SIGA, the world’s largest independent coalition for sport integrity. Before founding SIGA, he served as CEO of European Leagues, co-founded the World Leagues Association and held senior roles across UEFA, FIFA and the European Commission. A lawyer by profession, he is also member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Tuula Puputti

The recently named Head of Women’s Hockey at the IIHF brings a lifetime of hockey experience to the job. She represented Finland in two Olympics and later served almost a decade at the federation as team manager and subsequently the women’s team GM. She’s also worked on the event side at more than half a dozen IIHF tournaments. Tuula returns to Europe after two years as the Toronto Sceptres' Director of Hockey Ops.

Steve Metcalf

Steve Metcalf is the Commissioner of Hockey East – an NCAA Division 1 men’s and women’s college hockey conference.
He also serves as the President of the Hockey Commissioners Association where he assists in providing leadership for all of college hockey.

Niklas Hede

In his 50 years in hockey—as a player, coach, educator and leader—Hede has focused on developing people and organisations. His vast experience across clubs, leagues and federations has given him a broad perspective on the evolution of European hockey. At the heart of his work is one central question: How can we create environments where people and coaches can reach their full potential?

Mike Helber

Mike Helber arrived in Sweden to play hockey for a Division 2 team in Linköping in the early 1990s, and when he retired a decade later, the team was in the top division. He then took over as CEO, a position he held for twelve years. He has also been a TV hockey analyst and a Strategic Sports Director at the Swedish Ice Hockey Association.
