Additional
Accompanying persons are welcome to stay at the venue. They do not need to pay any conference or registration fees. The hotel price includes access to the spa facilities. A link to the registration form for accompanying persons will be available in the confirmation email.
Prices (including VAT):
Shared double room: SEK 800 per night per accompanying person
(booked and paid by invoice through the registration system)
Lunch: SEK 237.50 (booked at arrival)
Three-course dinner: SEK 537.60 (can be booked during registration or at arrival)
Site trip : 573 SEK, ((booked and paid by invoice through the registration system)
A bar and bistro menu is available on site during the day for those who do not join the group meals (typical cost around SEK 200). Several restaurants are also within walking distance of the venue.
Participants may alternatively stay at other accommodations and only pay the conference fee. There is a convenient bus connection from Kungsbacka to Särö Kyrka, located close to the conference venue. Other locations may be more convenient if you plan to rent a car.
Online participation
It will be possible to listen to the conference online via Zoom.

Payment can be made by card or bank transfer via invoice via this website until April 15, 2026.
For bank transfers, the payment must be received in our bank account no later than April 15.
Sign-up and payment after April 15, will be limited, as only a limited number of rooms (~15) can be held in reservation after this date. Please contact the organizer directly if you wish to register after April 15. Refunds, subject to an administrative fee, may be granted for cancellations. The reimbursement level depends on the number of requests received. Higher reimbursement applies up to two weeks before the meeting.
