Terms and conditions

Cancellation policy
All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to congress secretariat conference@resia.se

If cancellation is made before May 10, 2022, a cancellation fee of NOK 625 incl.25% VAT will be charged. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of NOK 625 incl.VAT. If cancellation is made on or after May 10, 2022, no refund or reduction will be possible. 

Cancellation of accommodation
Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to the conference secretariat Resia Kongress. 

Scandic Holmenkollen:
100% refund cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted before May 10, 2022, minus a NOK 300 incl. 25% VAT cancellation fee.
0% refund cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted from on or after May 10, 2022.

Change of participant
If you cannot participate in the congress, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is NOK 300 incl. 25% VAT. Please contact conference secretariat, Resia Kongress, if you want to transfer a registration.

Payment
An invoice with 30 days payment terms will be sent by regular mail or by e-mail (no electronically invoices can be sent) to your provided invoice adress approximately 2 weeks after the registration is made.
Invoicing fee NOK 60 incl. 25% VAT.
Payment must be received by Resia Congress before the conference begins.
In case of late payment, NOK 60 incl. 25% VAT will be charged in reminder fee. Other requirements and penalty interest are added according to the Debt Collection Act and the Interest Act.
