REGISTRATION
Registration includes attendance of the two-day conference, sponsors exhibitions, lunches, reception dinner on the 27th as well as documentation from the event. The registration process will be handled by a travel agency (TM Event). They will also be able to help you with hotel reservations and other traveling arrangements. You will be able to choose between invoice or card payment.

FEES
All fees including VAT/tax. The fee includes lunch both days and the conference dinner in the evening November 27. The registration fee does not include accommodation. However the travel agency handling the registrations will be able to help you with hotel reservation as well as other travelling services.

ISWA and Avfall Sverige Members: € 750*
ISWA Honorary Members: € 475*
Non Members: € 950
Students: € 230

**attendees from Low-income and Lower-middle-income economies, according to the World Bank list, receive a 50% discount on the applicable registration fee above.
 

VAT/TAX
Registration fees paid by non-taxable entities and private persons within the European Union and also all fees paid by participants and organizations within Sweden include VAT/tax. Taxable entities within the EU should state their valid VAT-number to receive the invoice with VAT excluded.

PAYMENT
A confirmation with an invoice will be sent to you by TM Event when the registration has been received. All registration fees must be paid in EUR or SEK with bank transfer or card payment. Indicate invoice number on all money transfers. All bank charges are to be paid by the participant.

VISAS and LETTER OF INVITATION
ISWA will gladly send you an invitation letter to the conference as soon as full payment of the registration fee is received by TM Event. Please note that the Ministry for Foreign Affairs has informed us that Sweden does not issue visas unless you can prove that you have a hotel room reserved in your name. Since issuing a Visa can take some time, we advice participants in need of Visa to register early.
