If you cannot come to Seoul in May, we welcome you to participate in the Users meeting online. 
Register here to participate online. Please note that workshop and training will not be possible to attend online.

The event is free of charge. All guests are responsible for all costs associated with travel and accommodation.

Accommodation at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam

Information regarding hotel reservation at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam will be published here shortly. Reservations will be made directly to the hotel. 

Booking Directions: Download the hotel reservation form here . The reservation form needs to be manually filled out by each attendee. Please fill in the form and send it directly to the hotel via email at novogres@ambatel.com. The hotel will compile the individual submissions and proceed with the reservations in advance. The form includes details about pricing and cancellation deadlines.

Changes to registration:
If you want to make any changes to your registration, please contact the conference  secretariat, Reed & Mackay, by e-mail: congress.se@reedmackay.com.

Cancellation of participation:
If you have to cancel your participation in the event, we kindly ask you to do so no later than April 7, 2024. Cancellations of participation must be made in writing to the conference  secretariat, congress.se@reedmackay.com.
