Registration should be made no later than September 26, 2025.
If several people from the same organization wish to attend the conference, all participants must be registered for the conference.
After completing the registration, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address specified in the registration.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Way AB, at meetings@way.se
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until September 12, 2025, up to which date no additional charges will be made the total amount will be refunded.
We regret no refund will be made for cancellations made after September 12, 2025, as well as for no-shows for any reasons.

Free cancellation is available until August 22, 2025. After this date, all bookings are binding and non-refundable
