The full registration fee includes:

* Coffee and tea during breaks
* Lunches
* Welcome Reception (Get together)
* Poster session
* Conference dinner

Not included in the conference fee:
* Accommodation
* Printed Book of Abstract

Changes and questions

Accommodation, if booked via the same online system as the conference registration, will be billed together with conference fees.

Cancellation of conference and hotel accommodation is possible until 30 days before the start of the event. A full refund will be given except for an administrative fee of 300 SEK.
Change of name of participant/exhibitor can be done free of charge.
The delegate is responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the registration process. If an administrator needs to change or complete the information provided, an administrative cost of 200 SEK will be added to the invoice.
