How old do I have to be to attend LES MILLS LIVE?
To attend LES MILLS LIVE you need to be 16 years.
I am a Les Mills instructor does LES MILLS LIVE count as a Quarterly training?
Yes, LES SMILLS LIVE counts as a Quarterly training.
Can I bring my children, friends, family or pets?
LES MILLS LIVE is an adult event with a minimum age of 16 years. To attend you need to purchase a personal ticket. Animals of any kind are not allowed in the venue.
I have never done group fitness or Les Mills classes before, is that okay?
Of course! Our workouts are designed to be inclusive and motivating and the presenters will coach you through each class and provide you with options that suit everyone.
How many classes can I attend?
The smaller studios have a limit of classes that you can book:
BODYPUMP STUDIO - Max 1 class per person.
GRIT ZONE - Max 1 class per person.
CYCLING STUDIO - Max 2 classes per person.
ARENA - no limit.
If there are spots left on classes that you have not booked you can always get a drop in spot. Just make sure to be at the studio 5 minutes prior the class starts.
Important note: If you are going by cruise the arrival time at M&M is estimated to 08:30 (Local/Finnish time) we advise you to avoid to register for the following classes: BODYPUMP® - 45 min 07:30, BODYPUMP® - 45 min 07:45, BODYPUMP® - 45 min 08:30, THE TRIP™ 08:45, BODYCOMBAT® - 30 min 08:45.
Do I have to pre-register classes?
Yes.
TICKETS
I have bought my LES MILLS LIVE ticket but can´t attend?
All purchases for LES MILLS LIVE are final.
When will I receive my LES MILLS LIVE ticket?
You will receive your ticket a few days prior the event by mail and mobile web. Please make sure that you register correct email and mobile phone number when you register for LES MILLS LIVE.
Is the LES MILLS LIVE ticket included in the Viking Line package?
No, the LES MILLS LIVE ticket and Viking Line package are sold separately.
I have lost my ticket what do I do?
Your ticket will be sent to you by email and you will also get it in the mobile web which you will have access to a few days prior the event. Please make sure that you have registered the correct email and mobile phone number. Should you have any issues please contact us at nordic@lesmills.com
Can I pay my ticket by invoice?
Only Clubs can choose to pay by invoice. If you are an instructor and the club is paying for your event by invoice they need to contact us at nordic@lesmills.com to register you for the event and your classes.

I have booked and paid for the Viking Line cruise but I can´t go?

What should I make sure to bring if I go by the Viking Line cruise?
Make sure to bring an internationally valid ID-document such as a passport or international ID-card. Also make sure if you need a visa to enter Finland from your country/region.
How do I get from the Viking Line cruise to the event?
There is a bus transfer that you can add when you book your cruise. Important note: If you are going by cruise the arrival time at M&M is estimated to 08:30 (Local/Finnish time) we advise you to avoid to register for the following classes: BODYPUMP® - 45 min 07:30, BODYPUMP® - 45 min 07:45, BODYPUMP® - 45 min 08:30, THE TRIP™ 08:45, BODYCOMBAT® - 30 min 08:45.
EVENT & VENUE
When can I check in for LES MILLS LIVE?
If you go by the Viking Line cruise: You will be able to pre-register for LES MILLS LIVE at the terminal from 18:00-19:00 and on the boat between 20:15-22:00, on the 8th floor in the conference called Versailles.
If you arrive at M&M venue: You will be able to check in from 07:00 (Local/Finnish time).
When should I arrive at the event on Saturday?
We recommend that you arrive 30-60 min prior your scheduled class starts. If you are going by cruise the arrival time at M&M is estimated to 08:30 (Local/Finnish time) we advise you to avoid to register for the following classes: BODYPUMP® - 45 min 07:30, BODYPUMP® - 45 min 07:45, BODYPUMP® - 45 min 08:30, THE TRIP™ 08:45, BODYCOMBAT® - 30 min 08:45.
I am going by car, can I park it close by the venue?
Yes, there is a two-story car park behind the sports arena In addition to this Lemminkäisenkatu offers plenty of free street parking places.
I only have a jacket/bag/backpack can I check that in somewhere?
Yes there will be wardrobes where you can check in your belongings free of charge.
Will there be showers and changing rooms at the venue?
Yes.
Can I buy lunch or/and snacks at the event?
When you register for the event you can add lunch to your ticket for an additional cost of 10,90 Euro. The lunch must be added when you register for the event and can not be purchased on location.
Will there be opportunities to meet/take selfies with the presenters?
Yes.
