Registration fee include
Any occuring travel & accommodation costs, as well as any personal expenses, of each participant are not part of the workshop arrangement and need to be covered indvidually and in addition to the registration fee.
Reduced registration
Reduced registration will be offered to those organisations who contributed to the Association Academy survey 2015. These companies have received a code to add to the registration.
Reduced registration is also offered to organisations sending more than one person to the event. A 10% reduction is given as from the second person who sign up for the workshop.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation more than 30 days prior to the workshop, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded after the workshop. All cancellations have to be done in writing and sent to the ENITED office. A cancellation less than 30 days prior to the conference will not result in a refund.
If ENITED has to cancel the workshop, the whole registration fee will be refunded.
Name change
Name changes will be treated like the cancellation of one registration and the new registration of another participant.
