How can I get to the Bicentenary Festival Conference and Gran Summer Gala?

Both Auditorium of Intesa Sanpaolo and Snodo are easy to get to. Get off at Vinzaglio Metro stop or Palagiustizia stop if you are taking 55 or 68 Bus lines or 9 Tram line. The cost of metro ticket and bus ticket is €1,70.
From the Porta Susa Station you can walk to the Intesa Sanpaolo skyscraper in 3 minutes (240m) and to Snodo in 10 minutes (900m).
From the Turin Airport you can take the Sadem bus (€7,50) to the Porta Susa Station or you can take a Taxi (€30 approximately) at +39 011 57.30.

Where can I park my car?

There is an underground car park in C.so Bolzano 47. You can also find parking easily in the area near to the Intesa Sanpaolo skyscraper and Snodo.

When will the tickets be available?

Tickets to attend the Conference will be available starting from May 2nduntil June 20th, 2019. Registration is free.
Tickets to attend the Grand Summer Gala will be available from May 2nd (at 9 a.m.) until June 19th, 2019 at 6 p.m..
From June 1st until June 19thtickets will cost €50 for ESCP Europe Students, €55 for ESCP Europe Alumni and €60 for company representatives and external Guests.

How does the Early Bird work?

For those students and alumni who purchase their Grand Summer Gala tickets by May 31st, there will be a €15 discount and a €10 discount for company representatives and external Guests.
From May 2nd until May 31sttickets will cost €35 for ESCP Europe Students, €40 for ESCP Europe Alumni and €50 for company representatives and external Guests.

Can I purchase the tickets on site?

No. Whether to attend the Conference at the Auditorium of Intesa Sanpaolo or to participate at the Grand Summer Gala, you have to purchase the tickets exclusively online.

Can I bring a guest to the Gran Summer Gala?

Yes, you can bring just one person, who will pay the “Guest” ticket.

I’m a university student, but I’m not an ESCP Europe student. Can I purchase the “Student” ticket?

No, the “Student” ticket is only for ESCP Europe students.

What must I bring to the entrance?

Both at the Auditorium of Intesa Sanpaolo and at Snodo, you will have to show the electronic ticket with the bar code, that you received after the purchase on your e-mail account and on your mobile number.

Where can I leave my bags and luggage?

Both at the Auditorium of Intesa Sanpaolo and at Snodo, there will be a supervised wardrobe where you can leave your bags for free.

What is the required dress code for the Gran Summer Gala?

The dresscode is “Creative Black Tie”: men can choose between a black suit with tie or bow tie, women can wear a cocktail dress without any particular restrictions.
