HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?
The price to attend is 2400 SEK per day. The pre-festival day, (Feb 26) cost 1500 SEK. At current exchange rates, 2400 SEK is approximately £207 (UK pounds sterling) or €233 (Euros) and 1500 SEK is £129 (UK pounds sterling) or €146 (Euros).
If you wish to attend all 4 festival days you will receive a complimentary discount of 1000 SEK (appr. £86 (UK pounds sterling) or €97 (Euros).
You can pay with with either Credit Card (PayPal).
When the payment is completed, you will receive an email confirming your participation.
I'M ONLY ATTENDING THE DAY I'M GIVING A LECTURE AND I'M THE ONLY LECTURER IN MY SESSION. WHY DO I STILL NEED TO REGISTER MY INVOICE ADDRESS?
We still need to know your invoice address. This is merely a technicality which is needed for our customer database system. You will not be invoiced. (Note: this does not apply to seminars with more than one lecturer. Lecturer 2 and 3 etc will be invoiced).

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE FESTIVAL?
The dress code for the conference is smart-casual. Daytime temperatures range from -10C to +-0C in Jönköping in March. Remember that the weather in Sweden during early spring can be very unstable. Please take a look at the weather report (https://www.yr.no/place/Sweden/Jönköping/Jönköping/long.html) before you do your packing and remember to always bring a pair of sensible and comfortable shoes. The streets can be slippery and icy.

Yes, all the presentations from the Festival will be published in PDF-format on our website. Please make sure that all sensitive data or photos have been removed before it is published. Please talk to our staff at the registration desk and they will assist you.
HOW DO I HAND IN MY PRESENTATION?
You can send your presentation in advance to email@example.com. Mark you email: Presentation: Microsystem Festival 2019. You can also hand in your presentation at the registration desk when you arrive and we will make sure it will be ready on the computer in your session room when it is time for your lecture.
