The foundations of CSE in the 2030 Agenda: targets 3.7, 4.7, 5.6 The impacts of effective CSE in the achievement of the 2030 Agenda Current standards/challenges discussed at the multilateral level Identify conceptual gaps Presentation followed by interactive discussion

Lessons learnt in the implementation of CSE in different settings Examine conditions for lasting and sustainable improvement Learn about evidence based models Capacity building Involvement of other stakeholders in implementation Presentation followed by interactive discussion

15:20 - 17:30	Session 3.The key role of youth and adolescents Meaningful engagement with youth in production and dissemination of curricula and the delivery of CSE in and out of schools Youth as political and policy advocates for CSE Working with young people to understand and implement CSE Innovation as a delivery/implementation approach Presentation followed by interactive discussion.

15 December Country Experiences Strategy for Intergovernmental Engagement PARTICIPATION LIMITED TO MEMBER STATES
09:00 - 11:00	Session 4. Country Experiences Presentations by select countries with successful programmes or challenges will share experiences and best practices. Presentations followed by interactive discussion.
11:00 - 12:00	Lunch
12:00 – 14:30	Session 5. Strategy Session Strategizing for a cross-regional leadership group Interactive discussion on ways of creating a leadership group of member states who wish to support a common CSE strategy in intergovernmental processes and build consensus on the linkages between CSE and the achievement of SDGs at country level, including through global intergovernmental processes. Strategy for intergovernmental engagement Focus on addressing ways of ensuring the integration of national and regional priorities in global intergovernmental processes while taking into account the regional group system in the General Assembly. A Roadmap will aid the discussion.
