How many credits will I earn for my participation?

We will be submitting applications for continuing education credits to the MDCB, CAMPEP and ASRT as soon as the agenda is finalized.  In the past attendees have earned up to 20 credits from attending our symposiums.


If I can no longer attend, can I get a full refund? 

Yes, a full refund will be processed. 



What if I can’t attend and my center paid for it? 


The registration is transferable to another participant and if it is not possible for someone else to attend it will be refunded. 



Is the agenda going to be the same? 


We are currently working with all speakers to confirm their availability and at this time are pleased that responses to date have kept our agenda unchanged. In the case of a speaker not being able to attend we will look for another speaker within the given subject area. 



Will the credit hours remain the same? 





What if I incur a change fee for booking a new flight? 


Qfix will work with you and your respective airline to waive/offset any change fees incurred from the airline. The sooner you rebook the greater the likelihood a lower fare may offset any change fee. Please contact Nanci Gage directly in this regard preferably by e-mail with all details of your travel arrangements. ( 



What are the new room rates? 


We have negotiated a reduced rate with this change in dates: 

$159 January 3-4, $179 January 5-6th 



I purchased tickets to the O show? Are they refundable? 


Please contact the show directly and let them know the event dates have been changed so they can make the accommodating change/refund.
