Qfix has announced a conference that provides the continuing education I need to perform at a high level and enhance our workplace and I would like the opportunity to attend.

The Patient Positioning and Immobilization Symposium will be held January 4 - 6 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The symposium is the only one of its kind, dedicated specifically to Radiation Oncology patient setup.  Additionally, it is specifically designed for Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists, and Radiation Therapists bringing clinicians together to discuss the latest practices and issues surrounding patient setup and positioning.

The 2-day symposium will include lectures and demonstrations by national experts and provide a balanced, multidisciplinary review on the state of radiotherapy positioning and immobilization and address specific clinical treatment sites/modalities, including breast, head and neck, stereotactic radiosurgery, stereotactic body radiotherapy, patient transport, brachytherapy and MR in radiotherapy.

As a participant I will earn continuing education credit, exchange best practices with peers and review new equipment to inform future purchases for our clinics.
